Be original.

You shoulda picked an original track. That is from fallen anf#gel teaser in the top 50 with I had the pleasure of voting on while it was still under judgement. You used the same opening scene aswell. Don't you worry,m I voted to save. Overall;

Excellent work - but I still hate clocks.

As a rule, I hate clocks. I really hate them, but I gotta admit that this looks really cool. Well done there- that was an excellent trailer and I will be sure to look out for for 21'o Clock Street The Movie. I have given this the highest score I have ever given anything that had anything to do with the clock crew. Overall;
Excellent work - but I still hate clocks.

StrangeClock responds:

I feel the conflict within you. Let go of your hate.

Squashy - spiky

Hey dude- that was really cool. I have hundreds of little drawings like that which I've done over the years, of conveyor belts and squashers and spikes- I liked the notepad style and the clear explaination from the narrator. I'd definitely like to see the next installment of Ostler's Diary. Overall;
Squashy - spiky

Me too... I remember me and my little brother and dad used to draw out huge elaborate Mario levels on rolls of butcher paper... it was kind of fun to do that sort of thing again.

Sick - but nice.

That was really promising, but like David Firth you opted for the abrupt sick ending instead of showing any reason or aftermath that we want to see. These disjointed little animations with the haunting music are great fun to watch, but I'd certainly prefer it if there was some storyline or background. Maybe we'll see in later episodes? Overall;
Sick - but nice.

Mister-Twitch responds:

I'm totally resubmitting this better, don't you fret...

Pretty - good.

Quite interesting, it was certainly better than some of the random flashes submitted. I think the best bit was your loading bar- very warming. I didn't like the song, but it seemed to fit. Overall;
Pretty - good.

swizard responds:

k, and most people do like the song.

Excellent - series

"If you call me dick face one more time, I'm gonna beat the shit out of you."
"...Dickface!"
This was the best CU yet (that I've seen), it really made me laugh. Nice work dudes- good to see Kung Fu Karl in there. Overall;
Excellent - series

parks2 responds:

My favorite word....."Dickface"
Thanks for the review

Kepp - 'em - coming

Jeez man- you really play gta a lot. I know, I gotta cut down too. I'm trying to save it for every other day, but sprees are so much fun. Be careful when making flash though, I'm sure the fbi pschoanalysts visit newgrounds and will hear alarm bells when childlike cartoons display a disregard for people's right to life. Personally, I liked it. The soundtrack fitted and the characters possessed an innocent charm. Overall;
Kepp - 'em - coming

Mr-dude-2nd responds:

Lol I haven't played gta yet My ps2 is broken.

Keep - 'em - comin'

Great animation- I love to see when some effort is put into submissions- even when they're not the smoothest. Maybe you could make one that includes a few bails, yeah? Then you'd get points for violence. And look into sound as well, I thought all boarders loved playing music. Overall;
Keep - 'em - comin'

melkmatic responds:

Thanks, the bails section is a good idea, I thought it would be a bit cheesy, but maybe if I make it uber-nasty it could work. And on the sound front, a full blown song would add a couple of megabytes to the file size, which means you would be looking at that loading screen for a lot longer. A 10 second loop saves a lot of space and time.

Good - job

Nice one dude- I like to see ultra serious soundeffects for proper bullet dodging. As a film maker I recognise and commend cinematography in any form, especially when it is coupled with an element of humour. Overall;
Good - job

rug-doctors responds:

Thanks a zillion. I worked hard to edit those effects. And as a side note, I appriciate your reveiw on another level. I am planning to get into the movie making business. Preferably as an animator, but I'd settle for a storyboard artist. This reveiw has stoked the flames of my motivation! Thanks!
